The Franklin Street Brewing Company is a small-batch craft brewery founded by brothers Kyle and Chad Sands in 2012. With a tap house located in the historic Masonic Lodge building in vibrant downtown Manchester, we aim to provide a variety of exceptional handcrafted ales and lagers for sale in a relaxing, comfortable environment.

Our Philosophy
As a small batch craft brewery, we believe in providing a rotating range of styles of high quality beers that would not normally be available in the region. Each month we will offer different styles of beer for your enjoyment.

By focusing on quality and distinction rather than quantity and convenience, we aim to create a well-respected, community-oriented business for residents in the Manchester and greater Lake Delhi areas. Education will be key. Those familiar only with mass-produced light lagers may be surprised to find that the complex flavors, aromas, and colors of beer can surpass those of fine wine.

The Franklin Street Brewing Company is Chad and Kyle’s way of reintroducing a lost tradition – the locally-owned, neighborhood brewery, serving high quality, handcrafted beer to local residents and fortunate visitors.
